If not, it’s time you open yourself to this beautiful journey. Inner Child healing is not for a few, but for all of us. Unless we come from extremely enlightened parents, we all on this planet have experienced faulty fragments of childhood programming which has left us scarred, hurt, and scared. Don’t get me wrong – the journey is not about blaming your parents. It is indeed that of forgiveness, acceptance, and freedom.
But its vulnerability doesn’t translate to ignorance or suppression. There has been a growing interest and conversation about this topic in recent years. And that’s because your childhood impacts your current life circumstances.
Your mind forms certain belief systems between the age of 0-7 which goes on to become the stories which manifest your reality. These are the belief systems you believe in and subconsciously manifest your life from this space. Some of them are healthy and necessary but some of them are also unhealthy and toxic simply because those who helped us to form these belief systems were themselves not healed or healthy.
If you’re on your path of success, happiness, healing and abundance, you cannot go on to do that without shifting your mindset. Your mindset manifests, not your thoughts as opposed to popular assumptions. Thoughts are like symptoms, not the root problem itself. We cannot shift the thoughts if we cannot shift the belief systems. When you will be on the path of changing your belief systems, you will come to your childhood. That could be a vulnerable space to be in – and while yes you can do it all by your self- it is indeed beautiful to have support and guidance.
In this completely self-paced healing program, the course taker will go through 10 days of healing and activating the connection to their inner child.
This course will address any childhood wounds that may exist and have been blocking the course-taker from living their dream life.
The end result of this inner child healing course will be freedom from perfectionism, limitations, comparison, feeling not enough, enhanced creativity and flow in their work as well as open-heartedness, vulnerability, and emotional intimacy in connections in their lives.
