How To rest – ideas
Our bodies are not here to just work and perform. We are humans with a deep need for rest. More so currently, when our nervous systems are blasted with information, triggers and energy upgrades. It’s through our physical vessel that we are ascending to the new paradigm. And so, in the coming times, we will be called to invest our selves in healing our vessels, clearing the trauma and gunk to make space for the new , right here in our physical bodies.
More and more of us are being asked to become gentler and kinder to our physical vessels. Your body never crashes in a day. There’s always multiple whispers beforehand. If your body is asking, pleading or begging to slow down, please slow down. It’s a mind programming to believe that the faster you run, the more you earn. The truth is, it’s not a season’s work, we are here for a whole lifetime. It’s imperative for humanity to find, reflect, innovate and recreate sustainable ways of work weaved into our leaves. It’s imperative to think of sustainability when it comes to our physical vessels. We are not here for a day or a week or a month. When we release the pressure from our minds to perform and appease, we create new neural pathways and invite new ideas and opportunities to move the needle in an efficient, sustainable way. We can get frustrated when we are asked to slow down because we feel we are being asked to delay our dreams. But, maybe not. Maybe slowing down or resting is NOT delaying the process but fast tracking it as you get the space in your mind, body, spirit to cut out the corners, skip the detours, and becoming a highly magnetizing vibration to your goals + dreams just by BEING. Remember, again, BEING is a part of the process, unpopular, perhaps unheard, but necessary (forgotten) part. Share this with someone who needs a gentle reminder to rest 💚
