fears as per ajna fear gates in human design
The awareness centre Ajna can hold the source of some deep fears in your energetic body. However, just an awareness itself can be so relieving to not give energy to these fears. Sometimes where we are not defined and we still see ourselves freaking out about these fears is a tell tale sign of conditioning. In that case, it’s also a good idea to see if your family has some of these places defined. I would also suggest to look at the opposite gate and see if these gates are hanging for you – meaning the opposite is defined and the gates in ajna are not. If that’s so you will likely face or must have faced these fears as not self emotions.
Ajna energy centre or the third eye chakra is the place where our ideas, concepts and beliefs are formed.

Two questions can really support when you’re freaking out with these fears:
1. Is it mine? Is it an always fear or a today fear?
2. Have i picked it up?

Fear of Futility:
The gate 47 is the gate of Realization in traditiona Human Design. In this gate resides this fear of futility. It’s the fear that the search, the work, the effort or the path will lead to nothing – or will be all for nothing. The fear is about the aha moment never arriving and constantly being in its chase.
Fear of Ignorance:
Gate 24 is the gate of the silent mystic. It’s the understanding that there could be so much wisdom available when we choose silence and let inner light creek in through the noise. The fear of ignorance causes us to constantly fill ourselves with information – media, news, podcast, books. Some of it is great but some of it could be a distraction, a piece of the not self. But the reason we don’t really choose silence is because we don’t want to be ignorant. We are afraid of the ignorance.
Fear of Chaos:
Gate 4 is the gate of Forgiveness Decoder – it is allowing forgiveness to flow through our relationship to self, God and others. The fear of chaos can cause us to hold back forgiveness for it believes that if we don’t forgive we would be maintain some sort of order or calm. This happens because we think of forgiving as forgetting. If we forget the bad behaviour, we would perpetually allow the bad behaviour in our lives, leading to chaos. To avoid chaos, we hold back forgiveness and the healing that forgiveness can bring to us.
Fear of Challenge:
Gate 17 is the gate of Powerful Opinions. It is the idea that everyone thrives when everyone is living by their inner authority and unique perspectives and opinions. It is the gate where everyone’s opinions are valid. However, the negative frequency is promoted by mental inflexibility and authoritarian control. This negative frequency can make us non-receptive to our unique opinions or even others based on our own conditioning because we fear that they will be challenged. The challenge makes it difficult for us to have our own opinions let alone voice them. But when we are able to transcend this fear we can not only voice our own opinion but also be open to listen to other people’s opinion, even when we don’t have to agree with them or make them ours.
Fear of Rejection:
Gate 43 is the gate of The Listener Within. It is the energy of listening to ourselves, our intuition or maybe our higher selves/ god/ Universe. A direct hotline to the Universe. Because of conditionings, we can often misuse this energy and listen to others instead because we want to belong and be like-minded. Whether you have gate 43 or not, we all fear that our own inner wisdom, insights, and ideas will be rejected. So, we ignore ourselves and yield to the opinions of others by rejecting our own ideas and insights, which of course always leads us astray in the end. It always leads to living a life that is actually never yours. A life directed by others for others – but not you. All because we never wanted our ideas and insights to be rejected.
Fear of Darkness:
Gate 11 is the gate of The Idea Factory. It is fueled by imagination and can give birth to so many creative things in the world – limitless. On the negative end though this same idea factory can turn into a monster when it allows dark ideas and imagination to go all over the place. It can cause havoc in your nervous system as it screams anxiety and fear of everything that could go wrong. This happens because of our deep attachment to our version of truth. And god forbid if someone doesn’t agree to it, it feels like the end of the world. I have a hanging gate 11 so the not self here has been so prominent. However, if we can transcend this fear of darkness by practising detachment from what we believe is our truth, we can actually allow so much more harmony in the way we connect because then we wouldn’t be afraid to communicate – and just to remind you, communication involves speaking and listening.
.
A lot of deconditioning tools can help you with clearing off this energy in your ajna centre. There will be quiet a few of them inside the membership but also if you’re looking to reset your nervous system as a focus, there’s an upcoming course 21 days of Grace where I will be sharing 21 practices daily to support your nervous system – all/few of them will be very supportive in clearing out that heavy mind energy.
