5 affirmations to love your body no matter what
You don’t have to love your body when it looks or feels a certain way. You and your body both are worthy of love at all times. it’s time we rise above the matrix concepts of body which have been extremely toxic and harmful to our well-being. It has only perpetuated self-hatred, disconnection and lack of harmony between our mind, body and spirit.
Your body is the physical vessel through which you channel the cosmic light.
Your body is the physical expression of your soul.
Your body is the physical entity through which you manifest and ground your desires into flesh.
Your body is the channel to receive.
Your body is the channel to share.
Your body is not just here to look a certain way or fit in a box.
It is far more than vanity.
It is home.
It is your sanctuary.
When we play on the societal programmings in loop and infect our physical Consciousness with low vibrational elements of comparison, and feeling less, we insult not just our purpose but also the Universe.
It’s time to break the pattern of swallowing your worth in the name of body shame.
Your body is a warrior.
Your body is a survivor.
It’s time you honour it for everything it has gone through or it has done for YOU. If there’s one example of unconditional love you seek from the Universe, it’s your BEAUTIFUL BODY. Look at her! Loving you Unconditionally nomatter what you feel, think, or do. She keeps beating, breathing, playing, holding space for YOU.

This Connection rewards you with health, peace, confidence, vitality, and even radiance and beauty.

I AM SAFE IN MY BODY.
This affirmation will make you feel safe and secure in your body. A lot of times we don’t feel safe in our bodies because of our old experiences and our need to sometime escape the present moment. This affirmation will deeply ground you.
MY BODY IS A SAFE SANCTUARY.
Cultivating safety is a big step. Most of us don’t hate our bodies but are simply afraid of them. We are afraid of everything that it holds – the stories, the pain, the trauma and the memories too. As it’s said, our body keeps score. It’s necessary to remind yourself that you can build a safe sanctuary within your body at any time. Think of how can your do this right now through nourishment and loving words?
I AM ALLOWED TO LOOK AT MY BODY.
This one is big! Give yourself the permission to look at your body. A lot of us want to run away from any situation where we have to look at our body. It’s intimidating and vulnerable. It scares us. I’d urge you to practice this mantra before you set out to stand in front of the mirror. Also, a lot of societal prejudices and patriarchal conditioning have held us back as if it’s almost sinful to look at our own bodies.
I GIVE MYSELF THE PERMISSION TO LOVE MY BODY.
Once you give yourself the permission to look at your body, it’s time to drip some love into your body. Just like how we have been not allowed to look at our bodies, similarly we have not been allowed to show love to our body in any way. The mainstream media is always trying to persuade us away from loving our bodies just the way we are. I ask you to be a rebel and love yourself Just the way you are right now. It’s great to have a vision for your body, but you’re not going anywhere without loving your gorgeous body for what she is right now.
I AM ALLOWED TO EXPRESS MYSELF THROUGH MY BODY.
You are fully allowed to express through your body! Tattoo art, jewelry, makeup, colourful outfits are just some of the ways through which we express our selves without speaking in words. However, we also express ourselves through our body language and well, our voice too! In a world where we have lost our selves in trying to imitate the girl-next-ig feed, it’s quite a rebellious act to express yourself! Give yourself full permission to express yourself through your body, your expression is worthy of being seen, heard and appreciated.
Practice these affirmations by speaking them out loud in front of the mirror or writing them down a couple of times in your journal. You can also listen to these affirmations here if that’s what you prefer.
